Can I wear a black and white polka-dot skirt with a pink top and a black jacket?
I'll also wear black hose and black pumps. I've always worn a white top with this outfit, but that seems so BORING. Would the pink top punch it up, or would that just be wrong?
I think everyone is crazy.. it would look nice.. especially if it's a bright pink shirt!
